Opervex

Opervex was hired by Ecore Elevate GBS, a company providing an integrated ERP and business management platform for wholesale and distribution businesses. The goal was to enhance platform infrastructure, improve stability and performance, conduct a security audit, and build AI capabilities. It was also tasked with automated testing to support the company's growth and expansion. The decision to hire Opervex was influenced by the cultural fit, competitive costing, reputation, and alignment of company values. The team from Opervex consisted of two to five members.

The scope of the engagement involved improving the platform’s infrastructure, enhancing performance, stability, and security while also refining core functionalities across multiple domains. These include inventory, sales, purchasing, accounting, reporting, customer management, and order fulfillment. As the platform expanded to accommodate multiple businesses and larger operational data, Opervex helped optimize the platform’s architecture, improving security, automating workflows, and resolving issues across interconnected modules. The introduction of AI-assisted capabilities and the upgrade of development and testing processes were also part of Opervex's responsibilities.

The results of the collaboration were favorable. Opervex's inputs led to a more stable, secure, and scalable platform that is ready for increased production. They also contributed to the ongoing development of features necessary to support the clients of Ecore Elevate GBS in their growth and future business expansion. The project successfully met the objectives and expectations laid out at the onset. This successful implementation has elevated the status of Opervex as a competent infrastructure support and AI development consultancy.
