Openmind Technologies was contracted by ASD Promotion, a company offering promotional product personalization services, with a goal to optimize their billing system and free up staff for more valuable tasks. Openmind was selected for their cultural fit and aligned company values. The team, composed of 2-5 employees, was tasked with the automatic entry of supplier invoices received by email directly into the accounts payable system. They also had to generate customer invoices for the account receivable by adding a handling fee to the supplier invoices. Another part of their scope was the creation of invoices in the account receivable system and sending an email to the branch with the invoice to be paid by ASD along with the original supplier invoice. The project was successfully completed, leading to a more efficient billing system and freeing up staff for more critical tasks.
