Openmind Technologies was engaged by ASD Promotion, a company specializing in promotional product personalization, to optimize their billing system. The primary goal was to reduce processing time and free up staff for higher-value tasks. Openmind Technologies was chosen for their great culture fit and alignment with ASD Promotion's company values. The team, consisting of 2-5 employees, developed a custom billing software that could automatically process supplier invoices received via email into accounts payable. The software also generated customer invoices by adding a handling fee to the supplier invoices, created an invoice in accounts receivable, and sent an email to the branch with the invoice to be paid from ASD and the original invoice from the supplier. This streamlined process significantly reduced the time spent on billing and allowed staff to focus on other tasks, meeting the objectives set by ASD Promotion.
