OpenHuddle worked with a direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce company on website development and advertising services. The single-person team at OpenHuddle initially evaluated the company's branding and recommended a consolidation of their two separate websites into a single platform. The client's team designed the mockups and did the copy editing, while OpenHuddle built the website on Shopify and took charge of its maintenance. OpenHuddle also assisted in setting up digital advertising through Google Ads, including search engine marketing and retargeting campaign creation. The project, which started in August 2021 and concluded in late September 2021, cost approximately $50,000.

The client's website had evolved over its first year, including pre-launch and stealth-mode content, and needed a more professional, visually appealing design with clearer messaging. The client worked directly with OpenHuddle's founder, Philippe, and a range of resources across video content production, visual design, and media strategy. The process included several review and feedback sessions before the redesigned website was pushed live.
