OneSpring was hired by ITCON Services, an IT Services Integrator for the US Federal Government, to provide UI/UX design and theme development support for their web development team. The primary goal of this project was to design a user interface with a focus on end user experience and to deliver a world-class website that enhances website visitor interaction. The vendor was chosen based on their proven technical design and UI/UX capabilities. The project involved the modernization and redesign of the USDA Rural Development website using Drupal 8. This not only required a focus on the UI/UX experience for end users but also the migration of all Drupal 7 data to Drupal 8. The team working on this project was composed of a business analyst, software testers, Drupal developers, and UI/UX designers.
