ONECALL Business Solutions was hired by a software solutions company to design and develop an e-Learning Online Portal. The client's goal was to create and host online courses to facilitate internal trainings and client handovers, as well as to include certifications and scoring capabilities for internal job postings and employee review programs. The project was executed using the WATERFALL MODEL and technologies such as Codeiginator: PHP Framework, Visual Studio Code APIs, Payment Gateways, and MySQL Database. The client appreciated the straightforward approach of Mr. Nayani, their point of contact, and the work done by the 3-member development and 1-member design team.

ONECALL Business Solutions also worked with Viaticus Trading, a skincare company, to set up an e-commerce store. The project involved web development, web design, backend management, and the setup of all the necessary modules for a fully functional e-commerce store built on Shopify. The backend was set up to capture real-time user experience, which facilitated a more focused approach on digital marketing. ONECALL Business Solutions also helped to enhance the company's brand perception by creating a sophisticated look. The client appreciated the clarity of the strategic proposal presented by ONECALL Business Solutions and their level of experience. The collaboration, which began in January 2020, is ongoing.
