Highlights from Recent Projects
One Service Consulting completed a successful Odoo implementation for the company, BRAVE Coworking & Cafe. BRAVE, located in the heart of Lviv, provides an innovative, safe networking space that fosters creative collaboration. The company turned to One Service Consulting because they were facing the issue of losing workspace due to relocation, and difficulties in maintaining focus due to uncomfortable conditions, which often brought work to a halt.
One Service Consulting, found through a referral, was chosen as the preferred vendor due to their cultural fit with BRAVE Coworking & Cafe, cost effectiveness and company values that were closely aligned. A team of 2-5 employees was assigned to the project with the objective to streamline their business operations, therefore accounting for convenience and focus.
The team at One Service Consulting successfully executed the project by implementing the Odoo system into the coworking space’s operations effectively. The scope of work included a summary of key deliverables and conducting training on the newly implemented system for users. The result? An improved workspace environment that optimally utilizes tech to help members stay focused and productive, thus replacing discomfort and blackouts with seamless productivity.
