One Beyond was hired by a government entity in the healthcare sector to enhance the UI/UX of their application and decouple it from third-party systems. They were selected through government procurement frameworks. The project involved iterative two-week sprints, with the team using Jira for user story management and bug allocation. The team consisted of nine members, including a technical architect, a solution architect, a project manager, and a scrum master. The project was completed on time and within budget, with the application now operating without any third-party codes and platforms.
In another project, One Beyond was engaged by a global coffee vending machine company to scale up their team and rework their backend systems. They also provided periodic support in cloud-based developments and building CI/CD pipelines. The team worked with the Microsoft Stack and leveraged Azure Cloud Services for deployment pipelines. The partnership, which began in May 2021, continues to be ongoing, with the client investing around $200,000 in their services.
One Beyond also worked with Marshall Fleet Solutions, a service and maintenance provider for refrigerated transport companies. They were tasked with modernizing the client's old customer portal. The new portal, which houses legal and service paperwork and invoices, was developed with UX/UI expertise from One Beyond. The project, which began in February 2021, is ongoing and has seen an investment of approximately $424,000. One Beyond now also provides a support team for the client.
