The Director of HR, who had previously worked with OnDeck at a different employer, selected them due to their geographical proximity and prior successful collaboration. OnDeck's role involved searching, vetting, and recruiting a suitable candidate for their program. The project was successfully completed with one team member from OnDeck.

In another project, OnDeck Resources was contracted by Pro Resources Corporation, a Professional Employer Organization, to find suitable candidates for a loss control position. The Department Manager selected OnDeck because the company's values aligned with theirs. The scope of work included providing viable candidates to fill the position, which OnDeck successfully executed.

GK Technology, Inc., a nationwide precision agricultural software and mapping service provider, engaged OnDeck Resources for HR consulting and recruiting services. The Office Manager of GK Technology sought OnDeck's assistance to provide support for employees, increase morale, update documents, and implement new procedures. OnDeck was selected for their great culture fit, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. The project involved part-time, ongoing support based on the needs of GK employees. OnDeck was responsible for documenting all interactions with employees, mediating as needed, following up on inquiries and complaints, offering insight and advice, and developing a bi-annual review process. The project was successfully completed with one team member from OnDeck.
