The software company provides authentication of items using software and machine learning. The project was handled by a single Oktana employee, who delivered on data enrichments and hygiene to enable total addressable market analysis, territory building, and quarterly sales and revenue planning. The project also involved building a support ticketing system, an online order form build out including financial and product systems integrations, Hubspot and Chargebee implementation, and legacy systems data migration. The software company selected Oktana based on a previous successful collaboration.
