OKQA

OKQA was hired by a design agency, HSL, to conduct QA testing on a virtual art gallery created for a charity in collaboration with Bvlgari. The decision to outsource QA testing to OKQA came as HSL's projects grew in complexity and scale. After being referred by a friend, HSL entrusted the QA testing of the virtual gallery to OKQA, bypassing their internal QA process. OKQA reviewed the website, quoted the time and effort required, and produced a detailed checklist of items to test on various platforms and devices. While the exact number of OKQA team members involved is unknown, HSL liaised directly with the two founders of OKQA.

In another project, OKQA was hired by an IT services company specializing in Shopify development for QA testing of their new corporate website. The company was looking for functional, usability, and compatibility testing. After several meetings discussing the project, they decided to collaborate with OKQA based on their work approach and understanding of website testing processes. Once the website was created, OKQA set up a workspace for the QA process. They checked the website, created a list of bugs, which were then fixed by the developers, and rechecked the website before it was published. The IT services company worked with the lead QA engineer and the account manager from OKQA.
