Odyssey Lab undertook a project for a freelance writing and brand messaging business owner who required a website redesign to reflect changes to the business and to enhance its professional look and conversion rates. The project involved brainstorming suitable themes, customizing the layout using Elementor, and discussing the potential impact of certain elements on conversions. The client interacted mainly with Brandon and appreciated his understanding of design from a conversion rate optimization perspective. The client also interacted with a few of Brandon's collaborators, all of whom were described as wonderful.

For Safety Auto Glass, an auto glass repair company, Odyssey Lab was hired to develop and host a website, optimize Google My Business, and perform SEO work. The project started with an interview to understand the client's business needs, wants, and goals, followed by a rough draft of the website that was refined collaboratively. The website was then added to Google My Business. The client, who is not tech-savvy, trusted Odyssey Lab with a lot of financial and private information and was pleased with the outcome.

Odyssey Lab was engaged by a music industry CEO for a full website rebuild, SEO campaign, and complete content rewrite. The vendor was selected based on referrals from other clients. The project, which used WordPress and Elementor, involved multiple members of the Odyssey Lab team, including Brandon McPeak, developers, and content writers. The client was satisfied with the process and the end result.
