Objective

Objective was hired by Windwave, a bicycle wholesale distributor, to build and service a B2B website. The goal was to integrate this site with the company's Sage 200 accounting software, allowing customers to view products and place orders which would be automatically imported into Sage 200 for processing. Through a referral, Objective was selected for the project and they successfully delivered a custom B2B website that achieved the set goals.

Springbridge Direct Ltd, a company that supplies landscaping materials and construction services, engaged Objective to reduce the workload of office staff, reduce human error, and speed up the customer journey. Objective was tasked with building a new sales order and planning system for the company, which would include storing customer records, sales orders, route planning and invoicing. They also needed to connect a delivery tablet with the database. Objective, who was found through a referral, successfully built the system as per the company's needs.

The Alternative Accommodation Agency Ltd, a relocation services provider, hired Objective to develop a bespoke claims management system with financial interaction and associated upgrades. The company needed a specifically tailored database that included elements of a client, customer, and key accommodation database, as well as searching and allocation of accommodation and add-on supporting products and services. Objective, chosen for their proximity, budget-friendly pricing, culture fit, and good value for cost, delivered on the project, providing a database that met all of the company's specific business requirements.
