Oak.Works partnered with Procter & Gamble's oral care business to develop a customized e-commerce website for a new smart toothbrush system. The project, which began in July 2019 and launched in spring 2020, involved software development, backend integrations with the client's account management system and P&G analytics, and ongoing updates. The Oak.Works team, led by Steve and Shane, took the client's initial designs and built on them. The engagement, which cost approximately $80,000, resulted in a successful website that effectively showcases and sells the new product.

In another project, Oak.Works collaborated with Kelly Tours, a motorcoach charter and student travel business, to develop an all-in-one booking platform. The platform, designed from scratch, allows the client to build tours, enter reservations, create online bookings, take payments, and assign reservations to salespeople and drivers. The project, which started in early 2016 and is ongoing, involved a team of 2-3 people from Oak.Works, with Rob serving as the main point of contact. The platform, which was developed on JavaScript and Python and integrates with the client's preexisting website and MailChimp CRM, cost between $200,000 and $250,000. The platform has significantly streamlined the client's booking and reservation process.
