OAK'S LAB collaborated with Paper Crane Factory, a branding agency, to launch an application in the Apple and Google marketplaces. The Paper Crane Factory developed the concept and illustrations, while OAK'S LAB took care of everything else. A team of 6-10 employees from OAK'S LAB was responsible for launching the app on both platforms and managing the project from start to finish. The project was a success and the app, Decision Pigeons, was delivered to the general public.

In a project for Karus.ai, an AI-powered auto finance company, OAK'S LAB was hired to make consumer auto loans more accessible. Their task involved building frontend assets and a software platform that was scalable and secure. The platform also had to support complex financial visualizations. OAK'S LAB developed a portal using React and revamped the company's website with SEO in mind. The team, consisting of six members, successfully delivered a backend capable of processing tens of millions of data points.

OAK'S LAB was entrusted with an important project by Allspring, a company that provides generative-AI coaching. The goal was to develop a prototype of a generative-AI role play for sales reps. The scope of the project was extensive and included engineering, development of an administrative portal, database management, technology architecture, and documentation. OAK'S LAB assigned 2-5 employees to this project and successfully developed an interactive AI-generated coach in Slack that provides human-like role plays.
