The team of 2-5 employees at Oak Theory developed a strategic communication asset to strengthen the organization's storytelling, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy efforts. The result was a comprehensive publication that effectively showcased the organization's decade-long impact and organizational journey, serving as a vital tool for communicating their mission-driven work to funders, partners, and the broader community.
In another project, Oak Theory was hired by One Million Degrees, a nonprofit organization that accelerates community college students’ progress on career pathways to economic mobility. The team was tasked with refreshing the organization's brand and building a new website. Oak Theory was chosen for their great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values. The team conducted a thorough analysis of the current website, proposed improvements to align with the organization's mission, and designed a modern and visually appealing website.
