Nuvem Consulting - Out of Business

Nuvem Consulting, formerly known as AppShark, collaborated with a pre-employment background screening company to improve their account management system. The project aimed to provide more strategic information about the revenue that accounts were generating and identify inactive accounts. The client had been importing data into Salesforce daily but struggled to efficiently use and organize the data. Nuvem Consulting was chosen for their excellent references, competitive quote, and hands-on approach to project management.

The project encompassed development, support, and design, with a focus on handling complex numbers and formulas. The client required a system that could collect all the imported information and make it interact with different objects in Salesforce to provide dynamic information daily. Nuvem Consulting built a custom Visualforce page for the client, using the large amount of data they had to create a dynamic interface. The project, which involved around six personnel from Nuvem Consulting, cost approximately $10,000 and was completed by the end of 2012.

The client appreciated Nuvem Consulting's ability to understand their vision and materialize it as closely as possible. They also valued the time the team invested in understanding the technical requirements and long-term business goals associated with the project. The project was considered successful, with the final product being perfected by January following the close monitoring of calculations at the start of each month. The client was particularly impressed with the complexity of the formulas used in the project.
