NRGsurf

NRGsurf successfully developed a web application for a private international school in Germany, aimed at streamlining the school's bus transportation service. The school had previously been manually planning bus routes, which was a complex task due to high student turnover and a large area of residence. NRGsurf approached the school and developed a Google Maps integrated application that allowed the school to bulk-upload student addresses, which were then transformed into pick-up points. The application also suggested optimal bus routes and allowed for manual adjustments. The school appreciated NRGsurf's quick response times, ongoing support, and the immediate understanding of their needs.

In another project, NRGsurf worked with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology to develop a custom survey and intervention platform for a research project. The platform, built following a detailed specification provided by the university, allowed users to report their energy consumption over a six-week period and answer questions about their living situation. After this period, the platform would assign users to different interventions aimed at reducing energy consumption. NRGsurf provided excellent technical support, and the platform was extensively tested before being officially launched. The university chose NRGsurf for this project because of positive references from a partner who had previously worked with them, and the engagement is still ongoing.
