For Hi-Crush Inc., a company in the Oil and Gas industry, Novateus simplified the management of carriers and drivers across a vast network of 3rd party carriers. The project aimed to create a queue based system to distribute the workload for drivers more effectively and automate the communication of the start of shift work to carriers in the network. They developed a system to automatically group drivers and jobs into a zone, queue drivers based on their activity, and assign them loads by a simple drag and drop setup. The system also automated notifications on check-in status and allowed users to update their entire roster within minutes.

The goal was to expand daily trade quantities while also improving performance and speed to enter the trades.
