The goal was to leverage technology to deliver freshly brewed coffee and tea efficiently and consistently, ensuring convenience, scalability, and a superior customer experience. Noukha developed a custom food delivery platform, including user-friendly mobile apps and a responsive web platform for customers and delivery partners. They also created an order management system with real-time order tracking and automated order assignments. The solution provided multiple payment options, GPS navigation for optimized delivery routes, a rewards system for repeat customers, and a customer support chatbot. Furthermore, Noukha developed marketing tools like push notifications and campaign management, as well as data analytics and reporting features for business owners. The backend infrastructure was made scalable and cloud-based to ensure system stability during high traffic. Regular updates, 24/7 technical support, and the ability to grow as the business expands were also part of the package. The project was completed by a team of 6-10 Noukha employees and the company was chosen for its pricing, cultural fit, and value for cost.
