The notallbad. team was hired by Momedica, a software solutions provider in the healthcare industry, to design the graphical user interface for an iPad app. The project was initiated from scratch, with the team identifying problems and requirements with the end-users in mind. They built wireframes and conducted numerous value proposition tests to ensure they were on the right track. The project concluded with a final design for the iOS iPad. The client praised notallbad. for their solid base of UX knowledge and for making the whole process easy. The partnership, which began in August 2012, is ongoing.

For applepie Berlin, an e-commerce full-service agency, notallbad. conducted market research. The main task was to provide a backlog of concrete recommendations to optimize conversion rates for clients in the food industry. The team used the double diamond model, a design thinking process, to understand the needs of users around specific websites and web shops. They conducted interviews and surveys with target groups and developed strategies for modifying web shops. However, they did not do the actual coding. The client found notallbad. through recommendations and has worked with them on and off for a long time. The most recent project ran between January and February 2021. The total cost of the project was between €15,000–€20,000 (approximately $17,800–$23,700 USD).
