Northern Lights Technology Development successfully completed a billing automation project for a manufacturing company. The company, which operates in the motor, gear units, and automation technology sectors, sought Northern Lights' expertise to automate the data processing work previously done manually. Northern Lights provided planning, design, development, testing, support, and maintenance of a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software robot. The project was completed in March 2021 and has streamlined the company's billing process, reducing cross-system operations and data processing significantly.

In another project, Northern Lights developed a hotel management system for a hotel company to improve work efficiency and business performance. The Vice President of the company hired Northern Lights to handle the hotel's businesses such as check-in, check-out, and reservation. Northern Lights was involved in demand analysis, solution formulation, project development, implementation, and system operation training. The project was completed in December 2020, and the hotel management system has since been instrumental in reducing labor dependence and improving the hotel's operational efficiency.

Northern Lights also undertook a digital transformation project for a freight forwarding company. The company, a fully licensed class A international freight forwarder and NVOCC, wanted to automate time-consuming and repetitive work to improve efficiency and avoid manual errors. Northern Lights launched a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software robot after analyzing the company's business processes and identifying areas suitable for automation. The project was successfully completed in July 2021, and the RPA software robot has since been ensuring smooth operations in the company's warehouse and transportation links.
