A team of 2-5 employees from Nordicom were assigned to the project. They began by analyzing Digihelp's administrative steps and time consumption, then chose three areas for outsourcing. Following this, Nordicom collaborated with Digihelp to integrate systems and determine work methods, ultimately developing several standard operating procedures for the administrative tasks they would manage. The project was successful, with Nordicom effectively taking charge of Digihelp's administrative responsibilities.
