Norbsoft was hired by Labatt Breweries of Canada to create a recruitment microsite. The primary goal was to build a candidate evaluation tool that would facilitate objective recruitment decisions. Norbsoft's team, led by a project manager, developed a microsite that included an event homepage, schedule, assessment parameters, a login page for evaluators, and a list of candidates with a search tool. The microsite also provided candidate profiles with photos, a rating tool, and a comment section. All candidate ratings were fed into a dashboard, aiding in the identification of top talent for subsequent recruitment rounds.

Norbsoft was engaged by an electronics company to develop a mobile app for a customer rewards program. The app, built from scratch for both iOS and Android, was designed to showcase products and their point values. Norbsoft also created a backend server to facilitate monthly data uploads. The app was made available in English and French, and was publicly accessible on the Google Play Store and through B2B in the App Store. The project was completed within a span of three months and cost between $15,000 and $22,500.

Costa Coffee engaged Norbsoft to develop native iOS and Android mobile apps to support a new digital loyalty program.
