Norbsoft developed a microsite that includes a home page, event details, a schedule, assessment parameters, a login page for evaluators, a list of candidates, a search tool, candidate profiles with photos, a rating tool, and a comment section. The candidate ratings are fed into a dashboard that assists in identifying top talent for the next recruitment round. The team consisted of a lead project manager and several developers.
