Norad Services LLC was hired by Bob Curtis Agency- Farmers Insurance to resolve rebooting errors in their computer system. The vendor, Jeff, the owner of Norad, was selected based on a referral from a trusted IT person. Jeff meticulously went through the error logs and identified potential issues. After clearing the errors and restarting the computer in an earlier version, the problem was resolved and the computer started up properly.

Virtical, a coaching service for senior living communities, hired Norad Services LLC to develop a website due to the complexities of their micro-learning format. Jeff and his team built a full infrastructure and WordPress website from scratch, working alongside Virtical's design agency to create graphics and logos. Norad Services LLC is also responsible for hosting the site and providing technical support and maintenance. The website features a homepage with a typical menu and links to Virtical's four service offerings. The project, which began in September 2022, is ongoing and has so far cost over $10,000.

Tentinger Law Firm engaged Norad Services LLC to investigate a potential email threat and scan their office PCs for viruses and malware. The firm chose Norad Services LLC based on a referral. Jeff from Norad Services remotely accessed three staff computers, scanned them for viruses and malware, and installed a Malware Bytes program. He also provided the law firm with information on better virus and malware protection. To further investigate the spoof email, Jeff set up a virtual environment and sent a detailed summary of his findings. He also assisted with troubleshooting an issue in the Outlook account from which the spoof email was sent.
