Norad Services LLC was hired by the Bob Curtis Agency - Farmers Insurance to address a rebooting error on one of their computers. The owner of the company, Jeff, was chosen based on a referral from a trusted IT person. Jeff identified the potential issues by going through the error logs, cleared the errors and restarted the computer in an earlier version. This successfully resolved the problem and the computer started up properly.

Norad Services LLC was contracted by Virtical, a coaching service for senior living communities, to build a full infrastructure and WordPress website from scratch. The founder and CEO of Virtical selected Jeff and his team based on a previous professional relationship and their willingness to work with Virtical's design agency. The Norad team worked in collaboration with the design agency to create graphics and logos for the website. They also developed the necessary technology to ensure a smooth linkage process between the website and various social media platforms. The project began in September 2022 and is ongoing, with over $10,000 invested so far.

The Tentinger Law Firm engaged Norad Services LLC to investigate a potential email threat and perform virus and malware scans on their office PCs. Jeff, the owner of Norad Services, was selected based on a referral. He remotely accessed three staff computers, scanned them for viruses and malware, and installed a Malware Bytes program. Jeff also set up a virtual environment to further investigate the spoof email and provided the law firm with a detailed summary of his findings. Additionally, he assisted them with troubleshooting an issue that occurred in the Outlook account that sent the spoof email.
