Noblexus Technologies undertook a CRM implementation project for Ment' Interior Design, a commercial and residential interior design company. The primary objective was to redesign and implement a centralized CRM system that streamlined client intake, proposals, contracts, invoicing, and offboarding processes. The project aimed to reduce manual administrative work and enhance the client experience. Noblexus Technologies was selected for this project based on a referral and alignment of company values. The scope of work included a review of business needs, workflow, and client journey, setup and configuration of HoneyBook account, creation of custom pipelines, stages, and contact organization. The project also involved setting up automation for inquiries, follow-ups, and onboarding, customization of forms, proposals, contracts, and invoices, and conducting testing, refinements, and final optimization. The project was concluded with a CRM walkthrough and basic training. The project was executed by a single employee from Noblexus Technologies.
