NineStack was hired by Kodework, a web development and e-commerce company, to build a complex application. The goal was to create a user-friendly MVP within a year, fitting within the client's budget. The application aimed to be the only one in Scandinavia that allowed end-users to customize their wardrobes. NineStack was chosen due to their proximity to the client, their budget-friendly solution, and their firm control over the project's architecture and implementation. The team consisted of a project lead, front end developer, iOS developer, Android developer, backend developer, and a QA team for testing.
The project involved developing a web application that enabled customers to design their own wardrobe, including a drawing program for users to design a wardrobe with sliding doors and interiors. The application was designed to be used from the comfort of their homes using the Boman website. For product management, WooCommerce was considered with WP. The team at NineStack demonstrated solid control over the architecture of the project and its implementation. The project was successfully completed within the client's budget and timeframe, meeting all the set goals.
