Nimbl's team, which consisted of an account manager, tax planner, and tax preparer, has been working with the client since January 2019. The client pays Nimbl about $500 each month for their services, totaling an investment of around $15,000–$20,000 so far.

A marketing company engaged Nimbl to handle the accounting side of their business. The client granted Nimbl access to their books through QuickBooks, and the team helped to clean everything up and set up a process to break down all expenses for the different companies into different compartments. This process is now run on a monthly basis to ensure smooth operations during tax season. The client primarily interacts with an account manager and a bookkeeper, with occasional contact with one of Nimbl's co-founders. The client pays Nimbl around $8,000–$9,000 per year, and the engagement, which started in September 2017, is ongoing.

Avalaunch Media, a digital agency, hired Nimbl to advance their financial handling. Nimbl provided financial consulting and accounting services, including CFO-level advice and assistance with basic processes such as payroll and taxes. The team helped to upgrade many of the client's old manual processes and incorporate technology into their system. The client works with two members of the Nimbl team and invests a few thousand dollars a month in their services. The ongoing engagement with Nimbl began in December 2019.
