Nimap Infotech was hired by K Elevator, a company that specializes in the design, manufacturing, and servicing of mobility solutions such as elevators and escalators, to develop a custom software. The goal was to provide customers with an intelligent solution for assessing their photonic designs before moving to fabrication, simulating real-world performance and forecasting yield. Nimap Infotech was chosen due to their high ratings, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. The project involved developing a software tool that could model photonic circuit behavior, simulate performance under various conditions, and estimate fabrication yield using foundry data. The software was integrated with K Elevator's IP library and process design kits, enabling designers to virtually test and optimize their circuits. Key deliverables included a simulation engine, an intuitive interface, integration APIs, and detailed validation reports. The solution was designed to serve both in-house teams and external customers. The project was successfully completed with 2-5 employees from Nimap Infotech. Feedback suggests that the project was successful and the client was satisfied with the results.
