The company NILG.AI was hired by MobileODT, a company that develops smart medical devices, to explore machine learning (ML) approaches to cervical cancer detection. Led by Kelwin Fernandez, an expert in applying ML to women's health diagnostics, NILG.AI developed new techniques and insights that significantly impacted the field of cervical cancer image processing. The NILG.AI team worked closely with MobileODT's R&D team on a spring-by-sprint basis, involving both open-ended exploration and practical pilots.
In a separate project, NILG.AI was engaged by the fintech startup, Pentadata, to develop machine learning-based algorithms. Using Python and Bash, NILG.AI developed and deployed the algorithms. This engagement, which started in September 2020 and saw the product released in January 2021, continues to be ongoing. The decision to hire NILG.AI was based on the competence of CEO Kelwin Fernandez and the quality guarantee that his expertise provided.
ProprHome, a property marketplace developed on the XRP Ledger, hired NILG.AI to build and deploy their complete data science stack. The NILG.AI team was responsible for the strategy build and deployment of ProprHome's marketplace search engine code, community and property analytics, and the development and deployment of an OCR parsing system for approving documents.
