Nile HQ was engaged by Standard Life Aberdeen, an asset management company, to improve the user experience and design for their help desk and service portal. The project commenced in January 2018 and concluded in September 2019. Nile HQ conducted guerrilla testing and organized engagement workshops to better understand the users' interaction with the service desk. They also created a "Mind Palace," a room filled with various project artifacts such as problem statements, ideas, wireframes, and blockers. The project team consisted of four consultants from Nile HQ and cost approximately $123,000 USD. The user experience design project successfully enhanced the help desk and service portal's functionality and design.
