Nickel Idealtek Inc. was hired by Marberry Machine, Inc., a contract manufacturing company, to manage their IT needs as the company size did not permit a full-time IT employee. The project involved a range of tasks including MRP migration, server configuration, cybersecurity planning, hardware and software upgrades, email and web hosting. Nickel Idealtek was chosen for their professionalism and long-term outlook. They installed a remote access point, updated the antivirus and malware systems, migrated to E2 MRP software, configured laptops for remote access, designed a wireless network for the manufacturing facility, and recovered the system from a ransomware attack. The partnership has lasted for seven years and the client has worked with the owner and several technicians, all of whom have been prompt and effective.

Nickel Idealtek Inc. was contracted by Pumps of Houston, a water and storm water distributor, to manage their IT services. The company was referred to Nickel Idealtek and chose them for their expertise. The scope of work included managing the Exchange server, Barracuda email firewall, network firewalls, and overseeing the virtual infrastructure on VMware with six virtual servers and SQL Server. The client has been working with Nickel Idealtek since 2014 and has consistently received exceptional IT management and support.
