Ngage was hired by The Moffat Centre, a tourism research centre, to implement a digital transformation of their Visitor Attraction Monitor (VAM). The VAM is used for gathering, analyzing, and reporting visitor data from over 700 attractions across Scotland. Ngage was tasked with creating a web-based platform that allows for more efficient and eco-friendly data collection, analysis, and reporting. The new system, built from the ground up, included a user-friendly web-based interface and data repository, a system for administrators to analyze and handle data, and the ability to produce VAM and VAB reports in PDF format. The Moffat Centre praised Ngage's professionalism, responsiveness, and innovative thinking throughout the project.

FLUX Solutions, a company providing moisture control solutions for bagpipers, hired Ngage to create a prestigious and clear e-commerce website. The goal was to build brand identity while making it easy for customers to purchase from the site. Ngage implemented e-commerce, set up online accounts for payment, and ensured the product images were displayed correctly on the site.
