Ngage was hired by The Moffat Centre, a tourism research centre, to implement a digital transformation of their Visitor Attraction Monitor (VAM). The VAM gathers, analyses, and reports on visitor data from over 700 visitor attractions across Scotland. The project aimed to deliver a web-based platform for efficient and eco-friendly data collection, analysis, and reporting. Ngage developed a user-friendly web interface, a data repository, and data handling and reporting systems. The team also provided training sessions to ensure the Moffat Centre staff could confidently use the new system.
