NexOne Technologies undertook a project for Orlando Tax Mastering, an accounting and tax preparation firm looking to transition from a one-person operation to a full-scale office. NexOne was responsible for setting up the firm's entire IT network and ensuring its security. Their scope of work included purchasing and installing hardware such as servers and computers, and implementing a firewall and other recommended security measures due to the confidential nature of the firm's data. Additionally, NexOne also developed the company's website. The engagement began in October 2014 and continues to this day with the firm investing approximately $5,000 annually for NexOne's services.

In another project, NexOne Technologies was hired by a non-profit organization based in Orlando, Florida to upgrade their outdated network and systems. The goal was to enhance performance, efficiency, and network security. NexOne assessed the current equipment, created an action plan, and managed everything from planning and purchasing to installation. The non-profit organization continues to be a client of NexOne Technologies, receiving ongoing network management, equipment monitoring, and support services. They maintain direct contact with a representative from NexOne who is always available to assist them.
