Nexona Labs

Nexona Labs was engaged by Valyrian Voice to create a custom, cost-efficient AI voice-agent system. The goals of the project included the development of an integrated STT, LLM, and TTS pipeline for low-latency voice conversations, and comprehensive functionality for campaign, lead, and call management. The AI voice system was also required to integrate seamlessly with real-world telephony infrastructure, facilitating the management of large-scale outbound calling campaigns and concurrent calls.

The project began with in-depth research and architecture planning. Nexona Labs identified the high variable costs and network latency inherent in conventional methodologies and proposed an alternate solution. An integrated AI voice pipeline was developed on a dedicated GPU infrastructure - an innovation that resulted in a functional prototype within a month. Subsequently, Nexona Labs designed a telephony and orchestration layer around the AI, including functions for campaign management, lead lists, call status management, and dial-session configuration, among others.

The final product was a fully operational platform, ready within approximately six months. The platform is not only suited for Valyrian's own call center operations, but also expands as a multi-tenant platform for other businesses. After successfully deploying this platform internally, Nexona Labs continued supporting the platform and implemented improvements for increased security. Their proactive problem-solving, solution-first approach, and value for cost were highly appreciated, signifying a successful collaboration.
