Nexomos was hired by Absol, a talent management and consulting company, to create a talent management system integrated with their website and mobile application. The goal was to provide a holistic web and mobile solution that would allow the team to manage talent services on the go. Nexomos was selected for its effective strategy and execution planning, offering a projected cost that was 45% less than the nearest competition. The solution was built using React for the frontend and NodeJS for the backend, ensuring functionality on both iOS and Android platforms, as well as the web. A custom UI was also developed after a thorough process reengineering. The project team consisted of a UI/UX designer, a React frontend developer, a NodeJS backend developer, a full stack senior developer, a content writer, a business analyst, and a project manager. Comprehensive testing was done at the end of each sprint, with a QA tester utilized for the phase.
