Highlights from Recent Projects
Nexeo was engaged by MD AirSupport, a medical device company, to develop and design their web application. The project involved creating a user admin portal that would allow clients to configure their accounts and set up schedules with remote doctors. Nexeo provided frontend and UI framework development, as well as interfacing with the company's backend system using custom APIs. The portal has already been rolled out to customers and further enhancements are in progress. The CTO of MD AirSupport commended Nexeo for their progressive UI design and timely delivery of systems.
In another project, Nexeo, also known as Themis Web Technologies, was hired by AMI, a company that builds orbital welding power supplies. The task was to implement a new, easy-to-use interface for both existing and new users. Themis Web Technologies took the designers' art files and made them functional, interfacing with the users and interacting with a backend API. The team was composed of a realtime programmer, the software architect of AMI, and Stephan, the President of Nexeo. The project was successful in bringing the power supplies into the 21st century both technologically and aesthetically.
Nexeo was also contracted by a nonprofit organization, Cure Autism Now, to build several interactive websites for their research initiatives. The websites, which had a Facebook-style interface, enabled scientists to share their ongoing scientific progress and results. They also built a similar site for parents and professionals working with nonverbal autistic people. The sites were designed to be user-friendly and manageable even for those who are not tech-savvy. The head of the nonprofit praised Nexeo for creating specialized interactive websites that were easy to manage.
