Newxel

Newxel was hired by HiBob, a cloud-based HR solutions platform, to recruit a backend developer for web development in the Kotlin/Scala tech stack. Newxel was chosen due to their cultural fit, value for cost and aligned company values. Despite the challenge of finding a specialist with a rare combination of skills and experience, Newxel was able to quickly locate and hire this individual. They then proceeded to assemble a full backend development team for HiBob, providing necessary legal and accountant support throughout the process. Most recently, Newxel assembled a team for HiBob's project in Romania.

The performance marketing company, Webselenese, hired Newxel to assemble a remote web development team to handle new projects. Newxel was selected due to their pricing fitting within Webselenese's budget, their value for cost, and a referral. Starting with two specialists in 2017, Newxel has since grown the team to 14 specialists covering various areas. In addition to technical support, Newxel also provides legal, financial, equipment, and IT support, making the growth journey smoother for Webselenese.

Feezback, a fintech company, engaged Newxel to build a core development team for their fintech project. Newxel was chosen for their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing and great cultural fit. They started with a Senior Python developer who quickly became the Team Lead. The team later expanded to include a full-stack developer, another Python developer, and a DevOps specialist. While the team built a fintech product from scratch, Newxel handled payrolls, contracts, HR tasks, and more, allowing Feezback to focus on the product development.
