Highlights from Recent Projects
News Generation, Inc. was engaged by the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) to help promote a survey called the National Cancer Opinion Survey. The survey was created to gauge the feelings and opinions of 4000 adults on various topics related to cancer. News Generation, Inc. took the lead in promoting the key findings of the survey, reaching out to different cities and conveying the message with the help of a spokesperson. The project, which ran from January 2017 to December 2020, was led by Susan, the EVP and Founder, and Michelle, the Manager. The project cost was $10,600.
The company was also hired by a Psychological Association for a radio media tour. The goal of the project was to educate the public on how to manage their stress related to the holidays, position psychologists as experts in stress management, and encourage people seeking professional help. News Generation put together pitches to radio stations using information from the association's survey and stress management advice from their spokesperson. They secured at least 15 interviews for the radio media tour and provided a detailed report and recordings after the tour.
News Generation, Inc. provided PR and communications services for a PR company. They produced radio media tours, PSAs, and audio bite lines for a range of clients, including the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, the HHS Office on Women's Health, the National Eye Institute, the Annie E. Casey Foundation, and the U.S. Fire Administration. The goal of every project was to provide radio audiences with concise health and safety information. The team, led by Susan, worked from concept to implementation and reporting. They reviewed the news for the annual Kids Count Data Book, scheduled interviews with spokespersons, and scheduled a radio media tour for the foundation president with top-tier national and state news outlets and networks.
