Newland Associates was hired by the International Resorts Group to aid in the identification and development of their high-potential employees spread across multiple locations and countries. The resort company sought a tool for profiling and understanding their high-potential employees, matching them to suitable career paths, designing appropriate programs to assist them, and engaging them and their managers. Newland Associates was chosen for their proposal of a simple, culture-fitting tool that could be managed internally and remain within budget. The Director of Talent Development & Corporate University reported that Newland worked hard to understand their challenges and guided them to the right solution, providing hands-on support for internal training on the tools and initial deployment.

Newland Associates was engaged by Career Source Central Florida, a nonprofit organization and workforce development board, to provide a professional-level outplacement package. The package was aimed at managers in the hospitality industry who had lost their jobs and included an assessment and coaching with professional career coaches from Newland Associates. The nonprofit organization identified individuals who had been laid off and needed professional outplacement coaching, and referred them to the online program or the program plus direct coaching. The CEO of Career Source Central Florida reported a longstanding professional business relationship with Newland Associates and praised their skills and abilities in executive search, executive coaching, and outplacement services. The engagement, which started in October 2020, involved an investment of $67,000.
