Newland Associates was hired by the International Resorts Group to aid in the identification and development of their high-potential employees spread across multiple locations and countries. The resort company sought a tool for profiling and understanding their high-potential employees, matching them to suitable career paths, designing appropriate programs to assist them, and engaging them and their managers.
