Newicon was hired by Ethi-call Ltd, a company that provides telephone fundraising strategies and calling for UK charities and NPOs. As part of their mission to modernize and make their systems cloud-based, they sought out Newicon based on their geographical proximity, budget-friendly pricing, positive referral, and alignment with company values. Newicon assigned between 2-5 employees to work on various projects, the most notable of which was the design and construction of a bespoke telephone fundraising software system. Newicon's team ensured the system was tailored to the unique needs of a fundraising call centre and continuously updated to stay relevant and future-proof. Their engineers adopted a user-centric approach by building in stages and incorporating regular testing and approval from users. The team also made a point to communicate in non-technical language, which was greatly appreciated by those without a technical background. This project was a success, with the client expressing satisfaction with the delivered solution.
