Newfire Global Partners

Newfire Global Partners worked with UptimeHealth, a medical device equipment status platform, to revamp their product. The initial version of the product was not up to standard, prompting the need for improvement. Newfire stabilized the code, set up a QA server and different environments, and moved the platform to AWS for better functionality. They also separated the corporate website from the product and created automated builds and continuous integration. The team comprised of a scrum master/QA analyst, two senior developers, and one junior developer. The project began in July 2018 and is ongoing.

Newfire Global Partners was hired by T1D Exchange, a network for patients with Type 1 diabetes, to develop a high-quality web-based platform. The platform, designed for patients, providers, and caregivers, includes social networking components and an engine to collect and utilize data for research. Newfire was responsible for ideation, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of the platform. They also provided product management services. The team was made up of about 20 people, including engineers, scrum masters, project managers, and designers. The project began in April 2017 and is ongoing.

ConsejoSano, a technology platform for culturally diverse and underserved populations, contracted Newfire Global Partners for supplemental engineering support. Newfire designed and developed a new website for ConsejoSano, establishing a brand identity and expanding the portfolio of information on the site. Following the success of the website, two of Newfire's engineers joined ConsejoSano on a limited engagement to provide support services and polish the technology platform. The project took place from March 2017 to September 2018, with support services still ongoing.
