NewDealDesign was tasked by a consumer goods manufacturing company to create an engaging app experience around a typically stigmatized issue. Their challenge was to develop an engaging interface without making the subject matter too lighthearted. NewDealDesign built and designed a 264-page app, wrote copy, and developed the look and feel while focusing on UX throughout the user journey. The app included illustrations and was designed in a way that was compatible with the client's development process. The project, which cost about $300,000, started in April 2019 and concluded in June 2019. After project completion, NewDealDesign remained involved to ensure a smooth transition for the development partner, attending weekly calls to ensure that animations were built out on schedule.
