The project aimed to increase the company's brand exposure and online presence. New Norml Media handled all stages of the project, from pre-production to post-production, and delivered two versions of the video, one lasting over 90 seconds and the other just 30 seconds. The team, led by Luke and Dylan, was chosen for their ability to connect emotionally with audiences. The client invested $1,500 in the project, which ran from October to November 2021.

New Norml Media was hired by 1 800 Packouts of SCV, a water restoration company, to produce an explainer video. The aim was to present the company's location and swift response time to potential clients in an impressive and straightforward manner. After an initial Zoom meeting to discuss the project, Luke and Bre from New Norml Media drafted a script and shot list, which required minimal revisions. The team provided clear instructions for the shooting day, enabling the project to be completed in less than two hours. The finished product was delivered ahead of schedule.

New Norml Media was engaged by Creative Clarity, Inc., a boutique marketing agency, for several video production projects. The team, led by Luke, produced videos featuring the companies Creative Clarity works for, shooting B-roll footage, interviews, and additional clips as needed. They also created special effects and graphics to tell the companies' stories. The projects included work for a construction company, shopping center owners, a village in Brea, California, and an aesthetics doctor. The client was impressed with New Norml Media's previous work and hired them on the spot. The engagement, which began in January 2017, is ongoing and has cost less than $10,000 so far.
