Neural Command, LLC successfully completed the development and design of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for Applicants.io, a job applicant platform. The challenge was to create an in-house ATS/AI system that would allow the company to aggregate job applicants directly, understand what job seekers were searching for, and control the data. Neural Command, LLC handled the full technical and strategic scope of the project, including the design and implementation of a complete job-listing infrastructure using Google JobPosting structured data. They also built the application funnel, integrating AI-based logic on the backend to screen applicants and route candidates to the appropriate recruiters. The system functions as a custom in-house ATS, giving Applicants.io full control over applicant data, scoring, and workflow without relying on external platforms. The final deliverable was a self-owned applicant acquisition and screening system that reduced paid spend, increased applicant quality, and gave the company complete control over both data and hiring flow. The engagement ran from November 2024 to March 2025, with a team of 6-10 from Neural Command, LLC. The project cost was between $10,000 and $49,999.
