NetworkShape

For the Sas and Ing Immigration Law Centre, NetworkShape executed a comprehensive Managed IT Services project. The company, an all-encompassing Canadian immigration law firm, entrusted all its IT requirements to NetworkShape. Upon referral, NetworkShape was selected for its budget-friendly pricing, culture alignment, and excellent value proposition. The team, comprised of 2 to 5 members, spearheaded the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the firm's IT infrastructure.

The collaboration with NetworkShape entailed personalizing IT solutions to suit the law firm's unique needs, including but not limited to, establishing a Windows-based server environment complete with virtual machines and implementing company-wide access controls. Essential to the firm's operation was the migration of their email and collaboration systems to Google Workspace. Another significant aspect of the project was transitioning their file storage from an on-premises setup to a robust cloud-based shared drive system, thereby enhancing accessibility and organization.

In addition to the above, NetworkShape catered to ensuring the firm's cybersecurity, setting up firewall protections, and enabling secure remote access for the staff. They successfully brought into operation a reliable VoIP phone system. NetworkShape also implemented a backup and recovery solution to prevent potential disasters and carried out ongoing IT support and user training to ensure a smooth running of business operations. The NetworkShape team's efforts and commitment led to optimized operations for the Sas and Ing Immigration Law Centre.
