Netrio, formerly known as SUCCESS Computer Consulting, was engaged by Great River Greening to improve their Managed Service Provider (MSP) customer/vendor relationship, support and service their tech needs, and provide advice on all tech-related matters within the organization. A team of 2-5 employees from Netrio was assigned to oversee the full technology stack and environment of Great River Greening, providing excellent customer service throughout the project.

Legendary Home Services hired Netrio to remove their server and migrate to Sharepoint, as well as provide weekly onsite support. The company was found through an online search and selected due to its high ratings, good cultural fit, value for cost, and alignment with company values. Netrio provided a range of services including network and computer support, IT Director engagement, evaluation of apps/programs used, cyber threat evaluation and review, and cloud migration. They ensured the smooth transition to the cloud, equipment evaluation, onsite visits, remote support, and standardization of M365 licensing.
