Nethram was hired by a global language interpretation company to develop a web-based call center platform. The platform, which can be accessed remotely by unlimited agents and interpreters, is currently used by over 30 call center agents and 2000 home-based interpreters. Nethram developed a custom platform capable of telephone and video conferencing, with different login capabilities for agents, interpreters, administrators, and customers. The platform also includes features such as customer invoicing, payroll, instant messaging, call recording, and is IVR enabled for instant connections to interpreters without agent assistance. Nethram was selected based on their experience in developing online call centers and their cost structure. The project was executed as per the original scope of work, with several changes and additions implemented subsequently. The project was managed by Paul Mathews, the owner of Nethram, and Ashitha Babu, the Customer Success Manager. The platform was delivered on time and within budget, meeting all key deliverables.
