NEPS

NEPS was hired by a business software development company for staff augmentation in web projects using Angular and .Net. The company needed skilled and flexible developers who could contribute to different projects. NEPS was selected for the quality of their employees and the extensive experience of their leaders. They participated in various projects, with the most challenging being the time management and employee assignment software for the subway service in Buenos Aires. The company appreciated the recruitment process, where NEPS recommended team formations and profiles, and a selection was made after a series of interviews with developers.

The Instituto Técnico y Orientado Paula Albarracín de Sarmiento (ITyOPAS), a technical high school, hired NEPS to develop their institutional website. The goal was to manage the content of the institution in a simple and dynamic way and manage all institutional news and a section for students. NEPS was selected based on communication, trust, and quality. They showed progress throughout the development process and were responsive to changes and adjustments. Initially, a functional analyst, a UX/UI designer, and a web developer were assigned to the project. Currently, a content manager and a web developer continue to maintain and improve the system.

INFT S.A., a software design company focused on municipal government management, hired NEPS for development support. NEPS was chosen based on colleagues' references and the proximity of their technical leader to the INFT offices. The project involved front-end and back-end refactoring, API code refactoring, and other technical tasks. Four resources from NEPS were assigned to the project, including a system architect, technical leader, team leader, and project manager. The company noted NEPS' elevated academic capabilities as a deciding factor in their selection.
