Neontri was hired by Decathlon Poland to develop a custom integration between their Mobile App for Co-workers and their payment system. The aim was to enable in-store customers to pay for their orders using the popular BLIK mobile payment system in Poland, without having to go to a till. The project was successfully completed, with Neontri providing a high level of competency throughout the process, which included technical analysis, scope definition, prototype creation, and implementation. The team consisted of a salesperson, a business analyst, a developer, and a head of delivery.
Neontri partnered with a process integration company in the financial and insurance market to develop their integration platform and integrate their insurance and bank partners. They also maintained the software in its initial phase. Neontri was chosen for their high-quality personnel and banking sector experience. They handled all aspects of technical analysis, project management, development, testing, and early-stage maintenance. The team comprised a project manager, four developers, a DevOps specialist, and two network/infrastructure specialists.
