Neon One, LLC

Neon One, LLC, worked with the New York City Audubon Society to create a centralized platform for their organization. The society, which deals with environmental conservation and runs programs across New York City, needed a system to manage donations, memberships, events, and volunteers. Neon One, LLC, stepped in to provide a comprehensive solution. They imported data from the Society's old systems into their proprietary system, configured the new database, and met all set deadlines. They also created online forms for donations, memberships, and programs and provided training on how to use and configure the database. The Society invested around $15,350 in this project, which includes a one-time service fee of $10,350 and a monthly fee of $500. The project started in January 2020 and continues to date, with Neon One, LLC, rendering technical support as needed. The society was satisfied with Neon One, LLC's work and found their team to be great, as recommended by other Audubon chapters.
